Will Having A Lower Back Tattoo Prevent Me From Getting An Epidural?

i have a large lower back tattoo and im scared of not being able to get an epidural. ive been buy prescription drugs without prescription told several different things, and i asked my doctor and she said that i would have to check with an anesthesiologist. but has anyone here not been able to get one or knows someone who wasn't able to get one cause of it?
