What exactly is the care for a lower back tattoo?

I just got a name on my lower back last night my tattoo artist told me to keep a+d ointment on there and don't take a hot shower the first night and don't soak in baths for a couple of weeks but I barely do that anyway. How long should it be before I take a shower? How often do I have to apply the ointment a day? How should i clean the tattoo? Ampicillin Online Can I wear jeans or pants that cover it up?
