Would getting a tattoo on my lower back or my upper shoulder hurt more?

ok i just got my belly button pierced on monday. And i want a tattoo on my lower back and one on my upper shoulder. and i want to get the one on my lower back 1st. and i was wondering from personal experience does the lower back tattoos prescription drugs online without prescription hurt? I know its about pain my pain level. but i just want to know about how much pain to expect.....p.s this will be my 1st tat

im 19 , i wanna get a little tatoo on my lower back , but my boyfriend thinks its sluty looking ? is that really how people view lower back tattoos.. because i would never want to come across as skanky.
