Those tattoos are popularly referred to as "Tramp Stamps", so maybe get a tattoo of a circle outline with the buy fertility drugs without a prescription wording, 'Set Your Beer Here'. Just a real classy black and white with maybe some ornate font lettering - But simple enough that the guy can still read it if he's drunk.
