is a lower back tattoo actually considered to be trashy.?

i want to get a tat on the lower order drugs online back, around the end of my waist line on my jeans. its not like a butterfly or anything but its gonna be a picture of two sparrows holding a banner and int he banner it will say have mercey in italian. Some of my friends say anythign back there is a "tramp stamp". Opinions?
