Well depends entirely what studio you go to. My best guess is anywhere from £30-£65. I have a lower back tattoo just a bit bigger then that and it cost my £40. Take that picture and go to a studio (please do research before you pick a studio, don''t just randomly choose one). and ask them how much it will cost, they will give you a more precised guess.
